Refund policy

Every Cosmic Cub print is made to order from the birth details you share, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.

If something isn't right, we'll make it right. If your print arrives damaged or with a printing fault, email hello@cosmiccub.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number & a photo. We'll send a free replacement, or a full refund if you'd prefer.

Every chart is checked by hand before it prints. Until then, you can change your details or cancel for a full refund. Just email us with your order number. Once your print is in production, the order can't be cancelled.

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.
